How Subscriptions Work

If you have any questions or issues with payments, please reach out directly to me! I’m here to help make things right asap.

StageHub’s subscription model is based on the number of active productions you have. There is a base price with additional concurrent productions billed at a discounted rate.

Plans

There are three paid plans, each with additional features applicable to certain organizations. All your productions must be on the same plan - you cannot mix and match.

Additional productions are billed at a discounted rate. So, for example, if you’re on the Starter Plan and have three active productions, you’ll pay $60/month ($30 + $15 + $15).

Check out the pricing page for the most up-to-date information on the plans, cost and included features.

Adding Productions

When you create a new production, you’ll pay for the entire month upfront (as with all subscription-based platforms). If you add additional productions, you’ll pay a prorated amount through the end of your billing cycle.

Archiving or Deleting Productions

Whenever you archive or delete a production, your subscription will automatically be decreased by the appropriate billable amount, and you’ll be automatically given a prorated refund back to your original payment method, for the unused time.

Prorated refunds are processed immediately by StageHub, however your payment issuer may take up to 5-7 business days to credit the amount back to you. I have no control over this.

Changing Plans

You can change your plan at any time during your billing cycle. Plan changes go into effect almost immediately. As with adding and removing productions, you will be billed or refunded a prorated amount, based on what “direction” you are changing your plan.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription entirely by simply archiving or deleting all your productions. That will process the billing termination and prorate your refund. Alternatively, you can also directly cancel the subscription from your organization’s settings page. Doing so will automatically archive all your productions.

Manage Payment Methods

From the subscriptions tab in your organization’s settings page, you can navigate to the billing portal to add or remove payment methods, view paid invoices, and cancel your plan.
