Delete your account

Deleting your account will permanently erase all your personal data from StageHub’s servers. This includes your public profile (if you created one) & memberships of productions or organizations.

If you come back and create a new account - even if you use the same email or phone number - you’ll have to request access to any productions you were previously a member of.

Certain parts of the platform will retain your input - for example, commenting on a report in a production. Your name will be anonymized (replaced with “Someone”), so folks won’t necessarily know it was you, however we persist that data to ensure continuity.

Organization Owners

If you are the owner of an organization in StageHub, you must first transfer ownership to another person or delete the organization entirely. You can’t delete your account if you’re the only owner of an organization or production.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account from the StageHub website by going to the gear in the top-right corner, clicking on Account Settings, and then clicking Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.

You can also delete your account from the settings screen in the StageHub app.

While certainly not required, please consider filling out the one-question survey after you’ve deleted your account, to help me understand why you’re leaving. It’s anonymous!
