Deleting an organization or production is an irreversible action.

Transferring Ownership

If you’re just trying to leave an organization or production, but are the owner of the entity, you can just transfer ownership to another person. They must first be made an Administrator by you, after which time, you can update their role to “Owner”.

Archiving Productions

If you just want to take a break from StageHub, you can always just archive one or more of your productions. This is also the default way to stop being billed by the platform. Archived productions enter a read-only state and can only be viewed by managers and administrators. Members of a production cannot view it once it becomes archived.

You can restore a production at any time, but keep in mind that depending on the plan you have selected, you may need to restart your paid subscription, especially if you want to access premium features.

You can archive or delete a production from its settings page. Just scroll to the bottom and you’ll see the options available to you.

Deleting your Organization

To delete your organization, you must first delete all productions within it. Archived productions must also be deleted. You can delete an archived production without restoring it (so that you’re not being charged to just delete something).

Once you’ve deleted all of your productions, you can safely delete your organization from the settings page.

While certainly not required, please consider answering the one-question survey after you’ve deleted your organization. Every bit of feedback helps!
