Advanced conflict scheduling management with requests.

Conflict Requests enable stage managers to set certain dates that members must "request" permission to miss. This is a great way to keep an eye on critical rehearsals as you move closer into tech week, or just to help yourself maintain a sort of checklist of going through everyone's conflicts and manually reviewing them.
Setting Your Approval Window
New! You can now add multiple date ranges, each with their own name and ability to auto-reject. Great for tech week and performances where everyone needs to be present.
To set the dates that you want to require conflicts to be approved for your production, head over to your Production's Settings page and click on the Conflict Date Sets tab.
From there, you can add as many conflict date sets as you’d like. You can make one big set that covers your entire rehearsal and performance process, or split them out to keep things better organized.

Changing the date range for approvals or toggling the setting off will delete any requests that may have already been approved or denied.
Recommended Date Sets
To help with scheduling your rehearsals and making sure your avaialbility requirements are clear to your production members, the following date sets are recommended:
Rehearsals - Create a set that spans your entire rehearsal process up until tech week. Keep auto-rejection turned off for this date set, so that you still need to manually review each request that comes through.
Tech Week - From first tech up until final dress rehearsal.
Performances - From opening night (or preview) through the closing performance. Auto-rejecting these conflicts may be a good idea. You can always review them and make modifications as needed.
Why not just combine tech week and performances?
When reviewing conflicts in the availability tab (see below), conflicts will be labeled with what sets that are overlapping. This helps you visualize someone who has a conflict with a performance versus tech week.
Responding to Requests
You can view and respond to requests by navigating to your production's Availability Tab and then picking the Requests sub-tab. You’ll be able to see what date set(s) the conflict is overlapping, and can hover over the number of conflicts to see exactly what calls they would need to miss.

To respond to a request, check the box next to the request(s) you wish to update, and then click the Respond to selected toolbar button.
From here, you can provide a comment along with your response.

Seeing Your Own Conflicts
You can view your own conflicts and their request status (if applicable) from the Conflicts sub-tab under your Account Settings screen. They can also be viewed from the StageHub app from the Settings menu.
