This article is for organizations of StageHub prior to the switch to paid plans.

Paid Subscriptions Are Coming

A few days prior to the launch of paid subscriptions, organizations will see a banner from their organization page, taking them to this article. Welcome!

What happens next?

When paid subscriptions go live, your organization (and thus, all productions within) will be automatically converted to the free pan. The free plan has several limitations - namely the number of people who can be members. You are welcome to stay on the free plan if it’s applicable to your production, otherwise, you’ll need to upgrade (see below).

None of your data will be deleted when you are converted to the free plan. Additionally, features on higher plans (for example, conflict requests, reports) will still be viewable by your members, to minimize disruption.

Use the free trial

All organizations, regardless of how long they were a part of StageHub’s free phase, are entitled to the standard 14-day trial, which you can begin immediately. Certain early-adopter organizations will be granted a 30-day trial. You do not need to provide a credit card to activate the trial and continue using the platform.

After the trial ends

You’ll need to decide whether to downgrade to the limited free plan, or one of the 3 paid plans. The plans are priced to be as affordable as possible for each tier based on the size of the organization likely to use the included features.

Find the right plan with the Upgrade Assistant

As a courtesy, I’ve included a new tab in your Organization Settings area, that will detect all the features being used in your production(s), and recommend the minimum plan needed to keep using those features. No upsells - it’ll recommend based on what you’re currently using.

Pick your paid plan

Please see the regular billing & subscriptions article for the most up-to-date information.

Managing Your Trial & Subscription is only available online. You cannot manage those settings from the StageHub app.
