This feature is currently in beta. Features, functionality, or UI may change at any time.
You can mark someone’s record from the Attendance tab when editing a call. This list is automatically populated based on the people and groups you assigned to the call on the previous tab.
Adding or removing people or groups from the call will automatically update the attendance records.

Viewing Records
Members of your production can see what you marked their attendance as, by viewing the call from their calendar. They can do this on the website as well as on the app (must be on the latest version).
Automatically Sync with Conflicts
If you’re on the Pro Plan, conflict requests that are approved will automatically be marked as Excused. Additionally, if you rejected a request, a note will be added to that person’s attendance record.
Sync with Reports
A new report template field is now available, for syncing attendance from a single call to a report.
After adding the Attendance field to your template, when editing a report, you can pick your call from the dropdown.

Attendance records will update in real-time on reports, no need to wait to publish if you are still catching up on inputting sign-in sheets!

For larger casts, it’s recommended to make the attendance field’s width 100% so that it has an entire row to fill.
Members must be on the latest version of the StageHub app to view attendance fields in reports.
